Work on helicopter parts
Repair and reconditioning of helicopter parts by Metrasur Coating Solutions
Our teams repair and reinforce helicopter parts, using techniques approved by engine manufacturers such as TURBOMECA. Our processes include buffer electrolysis, enabling Nickel, Nickel Cobalt and Nickel Tungsten deposits to be deposited to recondition bores from Ø 4 to 500 mm.
We also use chromium plating to harden surfaces, particularly on shafts, pinions and axles, and offer non-destructive testing by magnetic particle inspection.
