The principles of electrostatic powder coating<\/h2>\n

The paint is in the form of a fine powder, positively or negatively charged by the capture of ions during its dispersion within the gun. The conductive part to be painted being grounded, the attracted powder temporarily adheres to the part. The piece is then placed in the oven, ensuring the melting and polymerization of the powder. Powder spray coating can offer many variations in appearance in terms of shades, textures and effects. The main advantage of these processes is the absence of solvent, thus offering economic, environmental and work safety benefits.<\/p>\n
